Although it sounds like I am making excuses for myself, the fact that I felt accomplished by taking care of what I needed to with school and then being stress free when I actually make it to the gym was well worth taking a week off. It's day one, and you've got a high-intensity chest, triceps, and abs workout on tap. My diet hasnt been horrible (definitely not perfect) but I did enjoy some pizza and beer last night with my friends, but I had the determination to burn it all off this morning at the gym □ I have been very busy with school this week and was getting my priorities straight with that which is why I missed out on the gym. Spring break was last week and I worked out only two days while I was home and then today was my first workout of this week. ![]() ![]() Typically if I went a whole week without working out I would feel like I didn’t look good, my body wouldn’t feel good and I would feel very bad about myself. Sooo it’s been one whole week since I worked out and I wanted to really talk about having a positive body image and how it can change the way you think and feel about yourself. ![]()
