Multiplayer games like terraria1/4/2024 ![]() ![]() But it's still you hitting and shooting stuff, so I never found it to be much of a difference to me. You can make a pretty cozy home.įor combat, I would say that there isn't much difference besides terraria just having crazy bosses and the monsters dropping more loot, because well terraria is based more around combat comepletely. This game has very beautiful enviroments and amazing sound tracks. Starbound does have something else in building though,įarming is a pretty good up there but that wouldn't beat terraria for me, but what is great about this game is the feel. My opinion, terraria is much better for building, starbound may lack a-lot of shine, but still a decent base can be made. But the game is more on the modern or realistic premises. I checked the starbound wiki for bulding blocks and honestly nothing stood out that well, very bland blocks. But that's honestly really about it if you want something to look good.īuilt an underground lab under a colony, and well this was probably the best I could go as far as creativity in this game because I didn't have easy access to other blocks that may have made this look a-lot better. ![]() ![]() So you cut down trees and you'll most likely just make a base out of wood, or a base out of the light metal that you can get from those APE bases. I was never able to do something like this in starbound, Im always limited to wood, because other building tiles we're either pretty hard to get, or I just didn't know where to get them. I was able to create a floating castle, and make amazing houses for my peeps. This is an old terraria base of mine, I had to explore it with a new character so much of it is still blacked out for being undiscovered. I also think that terraria has a-lot more variety in building. All the combat was, was numbers popping up above them showing how much damage you do in terraria. You craft either a sword, a gun, a bow, anything, and you kill things. Both have building blocks, you build bases in both games, they both have combat I never thought of the combat to be much different from either. Having owned both they are very simular games in many ways. ![]() I was just wondering what this games like in comparison. İlk olarak axe11154 tarafından gönderildi:So me and my friends are enjoying terraria some but sooner or later that games gonna fall off for us. Id get into would be here for hours.Īdmittingly though it does have its fair share of flaws but you barely notice them under the absoulute crushing weight of the content and the fact that the wonderful people called chuckle fish are doing there best to help make this game better. The building is honestly something i never paid much attention to een in terraria and minecraft but in starbound i feel like it gives me a ton of options hell if i realy wanna i can grab a terraformer and make an entire planet a scorched wasteland.Īnd if your a lore junkie like me then you have 7 races to pick from 6 of witch have tonnes of codex and lore to pick throughĪnd if you enjoy exploreation then this game is for you as well. lets be honest mage is the most fun to play if were going off of it at face value. I would hihly suggest starbound admittinly its not the best game ever bt well.i feel like its got a little something for everyone combat isnt amazing but i mean prehardmode terraria or if you decide to play anything other than mage. ![]()
